Our goal is to ensure clarity in our sales process. Given the nature and logistics of selling shipping containers, our return policy is as follows.
1. General Policy
- Due to the size, weight, and logistical costs associated with transporting shipping containers, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
2. Inspection upon Delivery
- We strongly urge all customers to be present at the time of delivery to inspect the container thoroughly.
- Your acceptance of the delivery, or the acceptance by your designated representative, will be considered confirmation that the container meets the specifications of your order and is in the expected condition.
3. Incorrect or Significantly Damaged Items
- In the rare event that you receive a container that is not the model you ordered, or if it has significant structural damage not disclosed prior to purchase, you must reject the delivery and inform the delivery driver immediately.
- You must also contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the delivery attempt at sales@containergict.com or 00971556607738.
- In such verified cases, we will arrange for the correct or a replacement item to be delivered at no additional cost.
4. Used Containers
- Used containers are sold on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We provide accurate descriptions and images, but they will show signs of wear, which does not qualify them as damaged.
5. Non-Returnable Scenarios
- We cannot accept returns for reasons of "change of mind" after delivery.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from the customer's failure to properly prepare the delivery site.
